About these terms

These terms apply when you book or use PioneerX Studios at 2F Pioneer Centre, Kapitolyo, Pasig City. By paying a deposit or using the studio, you agree to them. Rates and fees are listed on our rates page and FAQ. If something here differs from a written quote we sent you, the written quote applies to that booking.

Rates and hours

• Minimum booking is 3 hours at ₱7,500. Half Day is ₱11,000 for 5 hours, and Whole Day is ₱20,000 for up to 10 hours. Additional blocks: 6 hours ₱13,500, 7 hours ₱16,000, 8 hours ₱18,500.
• Your booked hours include setup, shooting and wrap. Early ingress and extended egress for load in and load out, with no shooting, are ₱1,500 an hour.
• Overtime is ₱2,500 an hour after a 20 minute grace period, once per booking, rounded up to the next full hour. Room time is capped at the ₱20,000 Whole Day rate.
• Equipment kits, production assistants and other add ons are optional and charged as quoted.

Deposit and payment

• A 50% deposit confirms your date. Until it is paid, a date is not confirmed. A tentative hold, if offered, lasts 24 hours.
• The remaining balance and any add ons or overtime are settled as stated in your quote, and no later than the end of your booking unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• We accept cash, PayMongo, Maya, CIMB, BDO, BPI, GCash, bank transfer and QRPh. When paying by QR or transfer, please send us your proof of payment and booking name so we can match it to your booking.

Rescheduling and cancellation

• 72 hours or more before your booking: free reschedule.
• 48 to 72 hours before: 80% of your deposit as studio credit.
• Under 48 hours before: 50% of your deposit as studio credit.
• No show: the full deposit is forfeited.

Rescheduled dates depend on availability. If we have to cancel your booking for reasons on our side, you may choose a new date or a full refund of what you paid.

Studio rules and fees

• Leave the studio in the condition you found it. A deep clean fee of ₱8,000 applies if extra cleaning is needed.
• Water based haze is allowed with advance notice. Activating the smoke alarm carries a ₱5,000 fee and a mandatory production stop.
• Two backdrop pulls of the same color are included. Additional pulls are ₱500 same color or ₱1,000 new color. A cyc repaint is ₱5,000 and needs 24 to 48 hours notice.
• Overnight storage is ₱1,500 a night, by arrangement.
• Follow the building rules of Pioneer Centre and the instructions of studio staff, including on load in, parking and safety.

Responsibility for damage and safety

You are responsible for your crew, talent, guests and equipment while in the studio, and for any damage or loss caused to the studio, its equipment or the building during your booking beyond normal wear. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to you. Bring and look after your own gear; the studio is not responsible for personal property left unattended, except where the loss is caused by our own negligence.

Content and privacy

You own the photos and videos you create. We may ask before posting behind the scenes content from your shoot, and we will respect a request not to post. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect when you paid your deposit apply to that booking.
