Who we are

PioneerX Studios is a photo and video studio at 2F Pioneer Centre, Kapitolyo, Pasig City. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website, send an inquiry, book the studio or pay a deposit, and how we use and protect it. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, mobile number, email address, company or brand, and Instagram handle.
• Booking details: shoot date and hours, shoot type, crew size, equipment and add ons, and notes about your production.
• Payment records: amount, date, payment method and reference number. Card and e wallet details are entered on our payment provider's secure page. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Messages you send us by form, chat, Instagram, SMS, email or phone.
• Website data: basic technical information such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools for security, performance and measuring our ads.

How we use it

• To answer your inquiry, check availability and send your quote and payment link.
• To confirm, prepare for, move or cancel your booking, and to send reminders.
• To record and match your payments, issue receipts and keep accounting and tax records.
• To keep the studio, our systems and our clients safe, and to resolve disputes.
• To improve our website and service, and to show relevant ads. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

We process your information because you asked us to (your inquiry or booking), because we need it to perform our contract with you, because the law requires it (such as tax records), or because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving the studio. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the studio, under their own security and privacy terms:

• Booking and customer management (HighLevel / LeadConnector) and our online booking tools.
• Payment processing (PayMongo, banks and e wallets you choose to pay with).
• Automation and internal staff notifications (Zapier, Telegram) and file storage (Google).
• Website hosting and security (Cloudflare), and advertising and analytics (Meta, Google).

Some of these providers store data outside the Philippines. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and handle follow up questions, and payment and accounting records for as long as Philippine tax and accounting rules require. After that we delete or anonymise them.

How we protect it

Access is limited to the people who need it to run your booking. Our systems use encrypted connections and account security controls. No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach affecting you happens, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to object, to have it corrected or erased, to data portability, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
